Liz O’Brien is an experienced product designer and watercolor artist working under the studio name of Margaux + Izzy. Her stunning collections are created for multiple markets and carry a unique signature style that combines fresh color palettes with a proven salable watercolor hand. Her art styles can range from whimsical to sophisticated and traditional to modern and sometimes a nice balance in between. Her motifs have been licensed in home decor, housewares, baby products, textiles, gift and stationery. Commissions are welcome. Her delightful work will be at the Blueprint Show October 1-3, at the Gallery 308 Landmark Building A in San Francisco.

She is recognized for her love of organic florals, whimsical illustrative characters, rich holiday prints and beautiful watercolor hand. Margaux + Izzy will be showing at both Blueprint Shows 1 + 2, Booth 4 & 5.

Liz O’Brien is the founder of Margaux + Izzy. Liz has just began her art licensing/freelance business after working for larger stationery and gift company for 15 years. Liz has nearly 23 years of experience in the creative industry as an artist, graphic designer and product developer. She has sold successful designs to clients such as Target, TJ Maxx, Michaels, and Nordstrom as well as designing products for boutique lines such as Papyrus and Mara-Mi. The names comes from Liz's two distinct design directions: one being more elegant and sophisticated, with a strong fascination with florals and botanicals “Margaux” and the other being more playful, bold and fun, “Izzy.” Liz is interested in licensing agreements, buyouts and design collaborations and you can see more or get in touch via Margaux + Izzy.
